We focus on developing solid partnerships with our business sponsors in their communities and schools to deliver proven results and positive change both in education systems and corporate responsibility that in turn have had a positive impact on our youth — our workforce of the future.

We never enter a partnership, a school or a classroom with pre-formed solutions and recommendations in our portfolio. Experience has taught us that each partnership we work with contains special challenges, goals and opportunities.

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is comprised of the nation's top educators and consultants whose expertise is building successful, long-lasting business/education partnerships in the communities where our clients have a major presence. And our Board of Directors is comprised of seven individuals who have a vested interest in the stewardship of the organization.
