Enright, who brings to Education Partnerships her insight and experience as an independent consultant with teachers and administrators from coast to coast, began her career in education as a secondary English teacher. She subsequently served as a special educator, special education director, a middle school assistant principal, and a drug and alcohol education consultant to the Maine Department of Education.

Enright has served as an undergraduate and graduate school faculty member for the College of Education at the University of Maine and has been actively involved in four Fortune 500 business/education partnerships. She holds a master's degree in education and a certificate of advanced study in education leadership.
