Southall, who has been working in nonprofit finance for more than 20 years, joined the EPI Lead Team in 2004 as its finance manager and is a member of EPI's Social Media and Summer Leadership Institute Presenters Program Planning teams.

Prior to EPI, Southall worked for the New England League of Middle Schools for 18 years, where her last position was director of finance.
